This Hip Hop class is designed for adults who have always had a desire to try it! Get down low, hit it hard and have a blast. All levels welcome!

Mondays 6:30-7:30pm

BALLET/MODERN

Ages 18+

Adult Dance is for the beginner or intermediate dancer who wants to get back on their toes. This class can be modified for your body and ability.  his class begins with Ballet technique and then moves into Modern. Technique is based on Laban/Bartenieff Fundamentals and Release Technique.    

Tuesdays 7:00-8:00pm

TAP

Ages 18+

For the Beginner and Intermediate Tap students ages 18+. Get rhythmic, get moving and feel great. We love Tap and hope you do too.

Wednesdays 7:30-8:15pm
