Bobbi Buchholz has been studying yoga, massage, and bodywork for over 8 years. She started studying yoga iin 1999. She has over 1000 hours of yoga study. She has studied in TX, LA, Thailand, and SD. She is also a Massage Therapist and has a great understanding of the mind, body and soul. Yoga incorporates all three of those things, to become one. Please join the Yoga flow and feel the peace, love and strength. Bobbi has over 1000 hours of yoga training and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. She is certified through Pyramid Yoga, Koh Phangan, Thailand.

Katherine Andrews has been teaching Ashtanga Yoga for the last ten years in Los Angeles and Dallas, and now in Rapid City.

Ashtanga Yoga is the type of Yoga that Sting and Madonna practice. It helped them to build and maintain a lean, muscled body. The added benefit they found to Yoga (and the reason they continue to practice it to this day) is that it also provides a basis for your spiritual journey. This is done throughthe breath techniques you are taught in class. Yoga was developed as a path to ascension,  which is why Katherine has always said that something so sacred does not belong in a gym!

Katherine received her training certifications through large fitness companies such as Bally’s and Bodies in Motion. She was fortunate enough to train with Yoga Masters from the US and India. She is also certified to teach Pilates, kickboxing,  Zumba, weightlifting, Bosu, Step Fusion, Spinning (indoor cycling), and is a personal trainer. Katherine is also a certified Reiki therapist and is trained in Healing Touch Massage.

With all of her education in fitness,  her first love remains Yoga, because you cannot beat the combination of muscle building flexibility (even people who are not flexible can excel…it may take a few months of practice) and the extreme peace of mind. Her students in Los Angeles used to say that either they had to do Yoga or go back on Prozac! Yoga teaches your mind to be quiet and de-stresses the body.

Katherine’s method is welcoming for beginners and challenging enough for advanced students.
